El ARTeNOU ELECTRONIC FESTIVAL es un esdeveniment cultural destinat a promocionar la música electrònica entesa com una disciplina cultural i artística, i no sols com un mitjà d’entreteniment.  Mostrarem les diferents varietats de música produïda per aparells electrònics en tot un seguit d'actuacions d'artistes  locals, nacionals i fins i tot internacionals, i comptarem amb un espai de Fira, on diferents col·lectius, segells discogràfics, i net labels tindran el seu espai per mostrar el seu catàleg discogràfic i  marxandatge, i on podran informar i tancar possibles acords de col·laboració amb artistes, sales o promotors.

Organitzat per ASSOCIACIÓ LA CÀPSULA, FEDERACIÓ ELS GARROFERS i varies persones a títol individual.
